This series has been designed as a 4-week adult Sunday School, small group, or Bible study group course.
The 4 sessions are:
- Thinking About Our Theology
- Living our Theology
- Leading Through Example
- Eat to Live – Locally!
The study is more than an intellectual exercise – it is a call to action.
This unit starts at the core of the Christian faith and looks for biblical evidence to support the caring for creation message.
Living our Theology
Taking the foundation of unit 1 and building on the ways in which energy is wasted in our homes and churches.
Unit 2 looks for opportunities to reduce energy waste.
Leading Through Example
Looking at opportunities to move beyond conservation and begin to contribute to caring for creation by generating sustainable, clean energy.
Eat to Live – Locally!
The final unit focuses on the environmental and social impacts of the current food system and how it compares to a local food system.
